What not to eat
- Bread and biscuits
- Pasta
- Couscous, bulgur and similar
- Oatmeal
- Cereals and grains
- Porridge and gruel
- Corn and corn products (such as popcorn, corn flakes)
- Potatoes and potato products such as potato chips
- Legumes (peas, chickpeas, peanuts)
- Rice
- All that is sweetened with sugar of different kinds
- All margarines (BUTTER IS FINE)
- All "light" products
- All that is sweetened with sweeteners (Use Sukrin as your sugar)
- Oils with omega6 such as corn oil and sunflower oil
Take it easy with
1. Fruit, choose those with little carbohydrates
2. Vegetables that grow in soil, such as carrots
3. Dark chocolate
