This week challenge

600 Sit Ups! Yes, that's right! 

You can divide it how ever you want though the week. 100 a day, 20 or 60 it doesn't matter, as long as by Sunday we have reached our goal of 600!

Count blocks

A tip for your daily walk.

Make a mental note of a number of blocks that you feel would be a good morning or evening walk for you.  For example, every afternoon, I walk a 16 block route home from the office.

This very simple tip is perfect for incorporating into your daily routine to and from work or wherever you need to go.

Try adding on 2 blocks every week to push yourself!

My cravings for junk

What is so hard about not eating carbs? It's not really the carbs that we are craving in my opinion, it's the flavor that comes with it!

For example, Spaghetti carbornara. Mmmm..... But this time, screw the pasta and slice up some zucchini strands instead.

The zucchini gets as soft as pasta when you cook it and then you just make the carbornara exactly like you would normally.

Boom bam! Zuccini Carbornara. Same satisfaction!  I Promise! :D

Let's get rocking and set up a new menu for your cravings!

1. PIZZA!

I have some great pizza dough LCHF recipes that I'm going to share with you very soon, but for now, let's go with zucchini or eggplant for our foundation. Slice up either or, and put them the oven until the get some color. Then just take them out and make your favorite pizza!
2. HAMBURGER

DON'T BUY THE BUNS, buy lettuce! And again don't be scared of the dressing. Fat is not our enemy, put some bacon and cheese in there too so all your cravings get satisfied!
3. SPAGHETTI

Slice up some Zucchini into thin strands (cabbage works too.) My favorite is zucchini tho. Boil or fry and throw on your favorite sauce.
